Our journey

From Manizales to national recognition.

We were born in 2019 with the purpose of accompanying owners, architects, engineers, builders, and those interested in the comprehensive management of construction permits and technical consulting for studies and designs for road and urban infrastructure projects.

Since our beginnings, we have focused on providing professional, transparent, and reliable service throughout the different processes, integrating solutions from the architectural, structural, and geotechnical components to the legal and documentary aspects.

To date, we have participated in more than 350 projects, including permitting processes for homes, buildings, urban projects, and special structures, as well as the design of bridges and other engineering solutions.

Our path

2019

Foundation of Pórttico S.A.S.

We were born in Manizales with the purpose of accompanying owners and builders in the comprehensive management of construction permits and technical consulting for infrastructure studies and designs.

2020

Expansion of the technical portfolio

Incorporation of structural design services, geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, and drone aerial photography. We surpassed 50 projects developed in Caldas and Antioquia.

2022

TMPs, road signage, and special infrastructure

We incorporated the development of traffic management plans and road signage. We initiated design projects for vehicular bridges, box culverts, retaining walls, and other special structures under AASHTO LRFD and CCP-14 standards.

2024

Academic mentoring & 350+ projects

We launched the academic mentoring and tutoring program for high school and university students. We reached the milestone of more than 350 projects developed across Colombia, consolidating our national presence.
